Mark is an FMCG and Retail professional with over 18 years of experience in the market research industry. Mark has worked across Australia, the UK and Asia Pacific with a professional focus on building high performing teams that focus on client relationships and uncovering insights that drive client growth.
Through Mark’s journey with IRI, he has been head of the IRI Melbourne office for 3 years and lead client service teams servicing manufacturers and retailers in the Grocery, Pharmacy, Convenience and Liquor channels.
Before his role with IRI, Mark was responsible for Consumer Insights and NPD tracking at Datamonitor (UK) and Travel Retail and Brand Management at GMC Research (UK).
