After nearly 12 weeks with the majority of bricks-and-mortar stores in Melbourne unable to open during Stage 4 Covid-19 restrictions, I was 'keen as mustard' to get out to retail shops on their re-opening day to see what had changed!

The last 10 years have seen major technology-based innovations that have changed the way that we shop. But some of the biggest changes have not been brought about from technology, but rather the fact that we are seeking more personal and human connections and experiences.
