
Global Retail Brands partners with Myer to open 136 concession stores
Global Retail Brands has announced a partnership that will see 136 homeware concessions launch in Myer stores nationwide.
Specialty homeware developer Global Retail Brands has announced a partnership with Myer that will see 136 homeware concessions launched in the department stores nationally.
Global Retail Brands is a developer and investor in specialty retail concepts and is owned by Steven Lew, experienced retail executive and son of Premier Investments Chairman Solomon Lew. It operates 300 homewares stores across Australia and 300 concession stores operating internationally through several prominent homeware retailers and brands, including HOUSE, Robins Kitchen, MyHouse, Bessemer and Baccarat.
Cookware concessions THE CUSTOM CHEF and THE COOK SHOP stores will launch in 40 Myer department stores. The rollout is reportedly well-progressed, with fourteen concessions now open showcasing an extensive selection of Baccarat products among other brands.
Earlier this year, GRB acquired the brands and operating assets of leading Australian tabletop business, salt&pepper. GRB will open salt&pepper concession stores in all 56 Myer locations nationwide.
